Performance issues while looking towards and being at the center of the map - went away, then came back.

This is an update to this bug thread, I felt this was unusual enough to make another thread for this specific occurrence. The first game I played today I had the bug. However, for the beginning of the second game the bug and performance issues went away, until partway through round 3 when they came back.
