Performance and netcode issues on latest patch. From running at 144fps last patch to 45-15 along with freezes up to 5 seconds long in this one, along with network jitter +/- 70ms, other people on my internet network were not having these issues. If there's anything I can include to help troubleshoot this please let me know what and how to send it in
