This item concept is quite simple, but it might be good to have.

Peregrine Treads upgrades from Fleetfoot, swapping the active from adding a flat value of move speed to adding sprint speed to move speed.
As most heroes have a base value of 2m/s sprint speed, I added 1m/s sprint speed to the base item, so the base speed isn't much worse then Fleetfoots. While it's technically still lower for most heroes then Fleetfoot's speed boost, the idea for Peregrine Treads is to combine it with items that add sprint speed, as they would make the active move even faster.
This item should open up more pathways for mobility focused builds, as now items with Sprint Speed (like Rapid Rounds or Trophy Collector) can be used more offensively.
-Since the Active is already strong, I didn't increase the item's base stats too much compared to Fleetfoot. It's also why I slightly increased the item's cooldown.
-This item could be a T4 if it gets too easy to reach insane levels of speed.
-This may also make Burst Fire redundant, so removing the Slide Distance bonus could balance that out.
-I used Deadlock Graphic Designer to make the item's picture.
