Penalty - Game wasn't joinable

I just finished a match, qued for another. Once the que popped I kept failing to connect to the session. My internet is good lol I'm typing this up right now. Anyway to lift a penalty or will I just need to *gulp*... play another game for 2 hours???

this happened to me twice and multiple matches i queued into were abandoned before the match initiated due to multiple people not connecting, though i didn't get any penalty for it

It happened one other time, but the server the match was on crashed mid-match (I think?). I tried to rejoin for like 15 minutes before "abandoning". No penalty from that I believe. I don't get what was different this time :/

I had something similar happen earlier today, where I was in the middle of a match and got kicked. I tried rejoining and checked my internet connection, which was normal, but despite trying to rejoin for another twenty minutes, I could not reconnect.
