Due to a hardware error, I couldn't get into a game. I restarted my computer because the game wouldn't let me do anything, not even switch to another window with alt-tab. I restarted my PC again to connect, but the same thing happened; it wouldn't let me in and everything froze. I restarted one last time and found out I'd been penalized and couldn't play.
