penalties not recorded

ok so, i left the game twice due to my internet turning off not being able to turn back on, the game didn't record this as leaving for some reason and i don't see any penalties, i see that i lost the game and the stats are there but i didn't get a penalty, much as i'd hate one and thankful for not getting it i still think it needs to be fixed

It does need to be fixed. You, in this case, didn't get a penalty, however many other people have experienced the same exact thing and have gotten up to 24hr bans.
