PC Crash during Queue leading to temporary ban

My PC crashed while queueing and now i have been put in Low Priority and temp banned until tomorrow.
A Crash similar to this has happened 3 times, all during queue.

the crash itself doesnt bother me, my PC has been volatile for some time, however the game MUST detect when i'm disconnected DURING QUEUE, and it MUST not place a player into a match when their game is not even ON

I've had the same issue, game crashes at match startup and so I've had to close the bugged game but then the game doesn't load back up, So I restarting my pc and it still doesn't load 5-10 mins later game loads up but I'm hit with a 12 hour ban. This morning i was 20 mins into a game and had to leave for work and because all the crash bans i have a 24 hour ban. This is the first time I've intentionaly left a game

I like the bans, but not for when the game and launcher stop working. also 24 hour ban is crazy.
