Not suggesting anything that hasn't already been implemented in Dota 2. Really the most crucial aspect in my mind is to remove the ability to pause the first 5 minutes. If lane swapping is a concern, would it be feasable to do so in the new loading screen page or something similar? I'm essentially prioritizing changes to the pausing mechanic bare minimum at the start of the game. There are so many obnoxiouse and disengenuous excuses I hear (Gonna get a beer, take a piss, closing tabs, etc) and introducing restrictions like this will start to condition players to not use it so liberaly.
