Patron's match start voice lines occasionally have a 'loudspeaker filter' applied to them.

It seems to occur by chance and I don't know how to recreate it. For all I know it's intentional and not a bug. I think it's interesting and wanted to share.

I believe this is a bug, the lines don't play like this in the files and I don't see why it would be intentional in the first place
