Patron wouldn't transform

I just played a 91-minute game where we managed to defeat the first phase of the Patron. But when it transitioned into its next form, it bugged out and got stuck—so we couldn’t finish the game we kept the enemies inside their base for as long as we could but one of our players just abandoned.
