Enemy team player got stuck inside vents, and could not get out

So the enemy team yamato somehow managed to get stuck inside a vent near our yellow walker, and none of us knew how to fix it.
They tried the unstick hero command, tried leaving and returning to the game, none of it helped. We had to call a truce and then kill the player just to get them out.

I also got stuck with Rem and couldn't get out using the game's unstruck command. An ally had to come to a specific point for me to be able to get out. Overall, I lost 5 minutes stuck in the hole in the endgame...

That makes less sense to me because rem is literally designed to take the tunnels for free.


Funny fact about my match tho:
The yamato that got stuck was fed early on, and we would've gotten steamrolled.
We tried to help, but the first truce was broken immediately by them, and so we took revenge by taking advantage of the situation. Not only did we catch up, but we managed to be winning by the time we finally declared a second truce in order to help their yamato out. The solution was to just find characters with enough range to kill them.
That yamato was not behind in souls, but we had momentum, and won. Was it an undeserved win? Yes. Was I still happy? Yes.
