Parry and Reload During Cube, and reload during parry in general

You can parry during The Cube. You can also reload during it, but that seems balanced.

Also unrelated but you can initiate a reload, parry, and the reload isn't interrupted. But, you cannot start a reload during parry. For consistency I think reloading during parry should be the case, or interrupting it.
