Paradox's kinetic carbine movement speed buff bugged

Her base movement speed is 346.46. After charging the carbine it becomes 319.83. And then when you stack spirit it goes down instead of going up. For example with improved spirit - 313.19.

This has still not been fixed even with the major patch. One of Paradox's core functions is just not working at all. Please fix ASAP.

i've reported it way before the last major update, this bug breaks the character completely, i think i kinda do need to bump it
