Paradox's Kinetic Carbine hit scan Jank

The bullet velocity on Kinetic Carbine almost feels as instantaneous as Bebops Primary. I wanted to test the "when it procs" distance and found something interesting. I started recording late, and I wasn't expecting to repause it on the "Visual Contact" frame either. The first frame I paused on though (the beginning of the clip) you can see a slightly blue ball leading the shot the moment Infernus took damage followed by the unpaused slow-mo-cc repause. Infernus actually regening hp before the slow-mo effect occurs.

Why would this seem like a bug?

Seems like the gun is accelerated in time. And perhaps time entropy requires the target to be slowed? Either way, it seems... reasonable.

Oh I thought I just posted this in community clips; I don't think it's a bug. I'm just noticing it has bullet velocity instead of being instantaneous. In the heat of battle, it's not noticeable, but does explain why it misses sometimes. The CC doesn't coinside with the damage either. Coming a couple frames later which is also not noticable. Just fun qwerks

Good catch! I took it as a time accelerated bullet.
