Paradox Wall and Bebop Hook

Interaction between these two abilities seems very inconsistent to say the least.

Previous to the latest patch, the hook seemed to be slowed down like any other projectile, although it sometimes still clipped through and hooked you. Now it seems to randomly come to a halt or go through like nothing happened.

Here is a Streamable courtesy of Laasti on Discord. It shows how random it can feel and how unpredictable it is.

Personally would love for the hook to be slowed down (not blocked) like any other projectile. That would make for an interesting counter and extra skill expression. Even if that is not the case though, would be preferable to have a consistent behaviour.
