During Paradox Ult I was Doorman Ulted, but I never got put into the Hotel. Instead the Paradox Ult continued, and I was still in the normal map (but could see my own DMan Ult). I could continue like normal until the DMan Ult timer ended. I then instantly teleported back to the DMan Ult location, and all of the conditions for failing to escape the hotel occurred.
