Paradox Bug with Return Fire

Charging carbine with with return fire active causes every return fire shot to act as if the shooter gets hit with carbine.
It happens multiple times with multiple people.

Paradox Kinetic Carbine, Return Fire + express shot?

Yeah, if you watch the game, basically just 1 shotting every hero, thing is broken, can't really do much, just stands and returns fire after carbine, just nukes every hero.

unless the whole team gets curse to silence paradox from using return fire, its truly broken, needs patch asap.
