Rem helpers sometimes taking too long to return when deployed on minions

I noticed that sometimes Rem's helpers will take a very long time to return to me after the minion they are on dies. Instead of the 15 second cooldown starting when the minion dies, the game will sometimes act as if the minion never died, forcing me to wait the remaining 50 seconds of duration plus the 15 seconds for it to recharge.

A few examples can be found in match 55610385. At around 4:26, one of my helpers is not recognized as killed, and this happens with the second one at around 4:37. Notice how instead of them falling asleep, they just run towards me and my cooldown is unchanged.

After testing in Sandbox, I think I found the problem. Every few seconds, the helper does a heal on the minion, indicated by a green glow. If the minion dies during that healing period, the helper will return to Rem instead of falling asleep, and the cooldown will act as if the helper didn't die.

This can be very annoying, as it can increase the cooldown by 3-4 times, depending on how quickly the enemy kills it. It is also easily abusable by anyone who knows of this bug, as they just need to time the finishing blow to when the minion glows.
