Paradox and Sharpshooter

* Paradox's Kinetic Carbine doesn't account for weapon damage falloff for distance.
* The Sharpshooter damage amp is just added to Kinetic Carbine the farther away you are.

If you have Sharpshooter on Paradox then Kinetic Carbine does more damage far away than being point-blank. Carbine damage calculations should be reworked or Sharpshooter should have no interaction with Carbine.

Also the item Point-Blank has the same interaction but in reverse (but makes more sense than being far away being more optimal)
