PANACEA - Protector, Weakening, AOE

(Two possible designs, first mega inspired by the orderlies from Pathologic and second inspired heavily by the Plague Doctor from Darkest Dungeon).

Hero Description:
Panacea is a mixed range support that that specialises in AOE, debuffs, and cleansing allies.
Their lore could centre around finding a viral pathogen which they experimented on and used people for their tests. Now they're on the run from the law and are looking to the patrons to help them evade the police to continue their research.

Gun:
Gun is flamethrower styled gun with short range, that builds up to a Spirit DOT (Plague Metaplasia Passive).
Light Melee's apply 25% build up of Plague Metaplasia DOT.
Heavy Melee's immediately apply Plague Metaplasia DOT.
Gun CANNOT headshot, but can proc headshot items.

Incense grenade: (THROWN PROJECTILE) 6m, 8s duration, 1 charge (7s between use), 25s cooldown.
Throw a grenade that creates an incense smoke that prevents enemies from seeing through. Provides 20hp/s Heal (x0.15 spirit scaling), and -25% fire rate to enemies (2.5s duration after leaving grenade).
T1: +10% movement slow
T2: +3m range
T3: +1 charge, +3s duration

The Cure: (POINT-AND-CLICK) 20m range from ally, 25s cooldown.
Select yourself or an ally and remove all negative effects and put them into your blade. Heal target for 60 HP (1.6 spirit scaling) and give +25% move speed.
T1: -5s cooldown
T2: +20 HP
T3: Ability becomes charged (10s between use)

Hippocrite's Oath: (THROWN PROJECTILE)
Usable upon stealing debuff with THE CURE. Throw dagger (or next melee when Hippocrite's Oath is off cooldown) and apply collected debuff onto hit target. Apply 65 DPS (x1.7 spirit scaling. 3s duration) and 42 melee damage (x1.3 melee scaling).
T1: +15 DPS
T2: -10s cooldown
T3: +2s duration of debuffs on enemy (apply imbued debuffs first)

Plague Metaplasia: (THROWN PROJECTILE) 14m, 40m travel distance, 8s duration, 160 cooldown
Throw a grenade that releases a plague cloud into the sky, giving 80hp/s (0.3 spirit scaling) to allies, and 40 DPS (0.3 spirit scaling) to enemies and slowing enemies by -2m/s. Leaves a trail on ground that lingers for 6 seconds.

(Passive): Gun builds up Plague Metaplasia DOT, taking 2.5 seconds for DOT to apply. Target cannot be applied Plague Metaplasia DOT VIA GUN DAMAGE for 8s per target. Light Melee's give 25% build up. Heavy Melee's instantly apply DOT.
T1: -30 sec cooldown
T2: +6 second duration
T3: +5m, damage increased

Character Notes...

This character's playstyles is either a spirit support that plays around all cooldowns to support allies from a distance while never being touched in your team's backline.
The second playstyle is a more meme-y frontline dps, using your gun and building movement items to counter his slow movement and force bad 1v1s in his Plague Grenades and support himself with The Cure with some potential for melees.

Below average move speed, stamina cooldown is super long (longest in game as of writing is bebop with 5 stamina cooldown with 3 stamina)

INCENSE GRENADE

(image 2 is what enemies see, being unable to view through it.)

This ability has been tweaked to no longer heal and now deal a Spirit DOT and movement slow. This is PANACEA's primary area denial and spirit damage tool.
This ability works similar to Ivy Kudzu with with better scaling (having far less base damage) and more potential for removing move speed with T2 (-50%).
It also synergises with your gun and assisting gun heros by lowering resist for your allies to capitalise on.


THE CURE

Ability has been reworked to have a much longer cooldown and the heal adjusted.
This is PANACEA's main healing ability, stealing negative debuffs off on enemies. This ability is primarily meant to be used from a distance to help allies like a Paige shield or Kelvin frost grenade with the benefit of cleansing negative debuffs to balance the lower heal.
The ability also gives +2m/s move speed to help them escape, or to help yourself run away from enemies who jump onto you.
T2 is a big jump in value with reducing the cooldown and increasing the range for safer use.

T3 is further useful for helping allies but also contesting Mid Boss or saving a single ally from big CC ults (Lash, Dynamo, Vyper, etc). If the enemy does not have much CC, you can save off on the T3 investment for later.
Negative debuff states that are only cleansable via unstoppable (or a divine barrier's cleanse) are now counted towards HIPPOCRITE'S OATH debuff stacks.

With Boundless Spirit this ability heals for 143. (+25% From Healing Tempo for 178 Heal.)

HIPPOCRITE'S OATH

This ability is largely the same, but is no longer a DOT instead dealing flat damage that scales with debuffs collected. No longer deals additional melee damage until T2.
This is your big spirit nuke ability that also synergises with melee damage to enable extra damage and gun scaling. The stun makes PANACEA a good counter to heros who deal damage over time or debuff builds from enemies, with both the damage and the conditional stun.
The T1 lets you spam this ability a little more in lane.

This ability also lets you apply curse onto an enemy if you have cleansed it from an ally.

Without spirit investment and 15 stacks it deals 150 damage.
With Boundless Spirit and 15 stacks, it deals 288 damage.
At T3 with Boundless Spirit and 15 stacks, it deals 378 damage.
This damage is further increased by applying the imbued DOTs you have collected.

This ability is largely unchanged.
This ability scales well with duration, as it increases its uptime, travel distance (travelling at 5m/s) and the DOT duration. Ability range further synergises, increasing its radius and overall travel distance too.

This ult works kind of like a juno ult from OW or like the ink storm from Splatoon, allowing you to push into objectives you otherwise couldn't. It has the draw back of you being unable to redirect its trajectory after its thrown out, so if the enemy has effective communication and move out of its clear path the damage can be evaded.
