Paige Dash Animation Broken?

There's a butterfly wing of some kind when you're in the lobby alone, but if you join others or get into a game, this no longer occurs! I'm pretty sure it's either a bug or something left in by accident

Attached is a video of it in the lobby and the second half is in a bot match, as to not interrupt any real games.

I'm curious if this is an actual bug or intended for some reason? I think it's a bug though so I'm posting it here!

I should mention this was happening BEFORE I modded my game, so I know it's not caused by any of my mods that I have downloaded. My friends who don't have any mods also don't see a butterfly wing..
