Was not the person who got the bug and testing in sandbox showed nothing but:
Based on what I can see she parried twice in a row and that's what made it go on cooldown initially, but then she did not parry any of the hits after that even though it was definitely off cooldown at that point, so I can only assume her parry was in fact not working as she claims.
