Paige 2 lv3 is not giving the proper shield to mate

Hello !!

Either the tooltip is not correct, or it's not working as intended.

Tool tip should be "Give 75% of barrier amount to nearest ally" instead of simply "up to 2 additionnal allies gain barrier"

Great character anyway, can't wait to burn people up.
