There's currently a bug with Ivy that when you're carrying an ally, even with maxed out ultimate, and drop them, they are not giving the bullets shieldthey are supposed to be given, Ivy is given the shield, and you can go practice range and picked up Ivy and dropped her and she gets it, however, every other character in the game does not get it.
