So, if you have negative lifesteal, your bullets and abilities now damage you? Also the last part seems funny .
And this is basically a lesser Torment pulse(It is rare for more than 2 enemies to be this close to you)

Yep it's a tier 2 version of torment pulse with some extra functions.

This might be a problem, especially if it is affected by CDR. Tormet pulse has 45 damage(with around 0.4 spirit scaling) and 1.5 pulse delay, making it 30 dps(more since you will have other sources of spirit). Stacking this, torment pulse, cdr and improved spirit will do a LOT of damage. Also T2 spirit kinda has a lesser version of torment pulse - It is Cold Front.

Eh, cold front works differently. I do and would definitely still run cold front though. Cold front Page of Tome and Torment Pulse, sounds fun.

I would like something that adds a toxic bullet effect but for spirit damage. Like an upgrade for decay or something. I need super microwave ava go brr build.

I imagine probably a different one form this, but if you added it to this one then it would need to be increased cost because you would hve the spirit damage per second that also adds another hp% burn and healing reduction on top of that

if based off of toxic bullets then it would be at least a 3k item. I said upgrade from decay because it would go from being a direct apply with cd to applying from any spirit damage someone does, arguably stronger than toxic. So the 4250 cost would be justifiable.

Something like this?

It is an upgrade from Decay in that it deals MAX hp, not curent, and also could be applied to 2 targets(1 from passive, other from active). Unlike Toxic Bullets it has a cooldown, so you can`t apply it to the whole team with Ricochet . And unlike Improved Burst the damage in delayed so you can avoid it, or reduce it(going in ES, having debuff reducer, using debuff remover etc). I personaly don`t think it should be added, but you never know what the devs will do.

Nah it's good how it is because it applies on a passive. I like it.

Ava got nerfed. But you can now MEOW!!! So it is a good trade.

yea maybe. not sure about having the active this way. Was more thinking like a liandries from LoL.

Nevermind. Read the item myself and i don`t think dota has something like that. Maybe it could be an alternative Healbane upgrade?(if the devs add alternative item upgrades in anyway)
