Reference the two red “glitched statues” in this image from the wiki:

There are two statues which appear to be incorrectly placed inside of a wall. When standing at either mid guardian and facing towards mid, they are located behind the guardian and to the player’s left. There is a small ledge above the staircase. Noclipping into the wall there will reveal the statue.
They can currently be destroyed with an AoE attack aimed either at the wall or at the ceiling from below, and the powerup can be collected by standing near the wall or jumping near the ceiling from below.
I’d provide the exact coordinates, but I am not at my computer at the moment. They should be easy to locate by referencing the linked image
