Optimization issue.

Good afternoon,
I have encountered an issue – the game is lagging after the latest update on December 23rd.
Here are the specifications of my computer:

• Graphics card: Nvidia 1660Ti
• RAM: 16GB
• Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz

The game lags and the animations are choppy, both on low and high settings. Before the update on December 23rd, I didn't notice this issue.

I would appreciate your help.
