Opening rounds has no effect on Silver's Weapon in ult

I haven't tested all items yet but so far Opening Rounds and Point blank's weapon damage does not apply to Silver's werewolf primary attack. I do the same damage per swipe with Opening rounds as I do with fleetfoot
