I went from archon VI to Oracle III in a 11 game span which I all won, then I won my 12th game and suddently went from Oracle III to Oracle I, what in the hell would make me go down considering the fact I won 12 games straight? account: Pouel

also, I have a little over 240 games on standard matchs and have a 62% winrate

You gained ELO but lost rank. Rank is a normal distribution based on EVERYONE's ELO, not just yours. This simply means that others caught up to you.
