Odd overlay texture corruption

Running on Steam Deck, Vulkan

Was watching a match waiting to queue on matchmaking, joined a new game, after joining the match my screen was all garbled

The garble would not appear when pausing the game, only when playing, quitting the game and rejoining the same game would make it dissapear

Haven't been able to replicate it with renderdoc attached
