I joined the matchmaking queue and then clicked on the "Watch" Option on the main menu and thoght those were one of my replay (I knew they were not but I was distracted). Then after I quitted the match watching, I got temporarily ban and is in the low piority queue.... Well if you dont like people watching the game while in the queue, maybe grey out the option entirely instead of giving them a ban?
