Now Afternburn Indicator on lots of NPCs

I have noticed that I don't get an Afterburn Indicator on Infernus while shooting minions, troopers and camps. It only shows up for players, Guardians and Walkers. I didn't know if this was a setting or a bug but it makes it hard to play Infernus in a side lane. I've also heard Haze has the same issue with her passive

Did you recently change the health bar style?

Afaik it shows when using the default one but doesn't if you use the alternate one (from console command)

I dont know if they changed it for default healthbar too recently though
