Not updated Graves Grasping Hands T3

Graves' Grasping Hands T3 in russian is not updated to "+1s immobilize duration & summon 2 ghouls", instead currently it shows something like "+1s to immobilize duration and reload time"

New patch released, but again not correct translation. Correctly mentioned that now 1 ghoul instead of 2, but for some reason fails to mention new -10 second cooldown on T3, please fix
