Not recieving bonus votes for win

I won a game today and have not received the daily vote bonus for doing so. If you see the attached image my vote total is 11.

If you look at the number of games I've played since the update, I've played seven games, two of which were wins.

My eleven vote total means I got the daily win bonus for one of those (yesterday) but not today.

Don't know if this is true but I think they're going off a specific time zone perhaps GMT -8 local time in Seattle (where valve HQ is). Try checking if it is a new day in that time zone. Just a theory hope you find a solution.
