I have seen many topics made about this problem, but with no solution that works anymore (since the console commands no longer seem to work) I am unsure what to do. My account is North American, but I have since moved to Germany but still connecting to US servers.
I lag in the Hideout, I lag in bot matches (rubberbanding just from walking, all damage takes up to a second to register, constant jitters, etc.)
Over 100 ping is unfortunately unplayable.
I know splitting the playerbase is generally unwise in this current time, but hopefully this can be rectified sometime soon.

((Theoretically if i create a new steam account and get invited it may work, but that's just enough work for me not to want to try))
(((Truthfully I dont even know if you CAN check what region im connecting to, but my ping is regularly 100+ which tells me its US East based on Dota 2)))
