Not able to join matchmaking

I keep facing this issue from time to time where I fail to join the match after finding a match, and trying to reconnect to match does nothing at all other than it tried to reconnect and just puts me back in the lobby.

This has causes my account to get banned multiple times and it happens so randomly that I cannot tell what is the reason for it.

So far I have tried to reinstall the game, verify files nothing works so far.

Please help me out
