No Skill Rating changes

With a 60%+ win rate and mostly-consistent top performing stats (sometimes I poop the bed) with friends (SR between Emissary and Archon) my skill rating has not changed from Initiate I...
When I used to play during Ranked matches I was high Emissary, so I assumed my MMR was just reset and would climb quickly...
My buddies ranks are changing after every match, all climbing somewhat, and here I am with the lowest possible rank...
I didn't want to complain and chalk it up as a bug or something but I've been playing a lot again recently and I haven't seen my rank change once, so I am getting a little concerned as to why that is.
PLEASE HELP!

Echoing from some other threads mentioning this same issue:
This could simply an end-user UI/HUD-issue since there are still chances of being matchmade into "higher rank"-lobbies.

E.G. me who supposedly is still "unranked" have been match made into "Low Seeker" and "Low Alchemist"-lobbies, respectively:
