I think it'd fit the vibe in old timey NY. He could have an ability to throw a newspaper and its does damage or slows, something to that effect. A shout where he's yelling "extra extra" or "read all about it" and it taunts when enemies are close for his ultimate. Unsure of some other abilities, maybe like a shoe shine passive that makes him move faster or something? Idk this game is dope and the art is sick y'all can think of something
