I do like the idea of an ability that deals with intangibility, and temporarily removing spirit power sounds fun, though I don't think it should scale with spirit (unless the scaling was really low) since being able to remove more then 100 spirit is absolutely ruthless (not sure what the debuff duration is).
I'm not sure how well this pairs with Wraith, but her current ult is pretty funky, so there's no harm suggesting this in the Wraith feedback forum.

. Should be around 5-8 seconds. The problem with wraith ult now is that it is just TOO easy to counter, even after you are caught, you can still use items like EShift and Debuf Remover, turning the ult to basically a 2s targeted stun. The devs tried to balance it by increasing the lift duration, but dying while the stun lasts just makes it unfun. I really dislike the ult that wraith has now.I honestly think that reducing spirit 100 spirit is less punishing than silence + disarm, especially considering that this is on a 100(80)s cd ult. And besides, it is rare for wraith to have 70 or more spirit, so with the scaling and everything that will be like aroud 60-80 reduction MAX.
On a side note, this gives wraith something unique to make her stand out more from other gun focused heroes.
