T4 Green
+25% Healing and shielding effectiveness
+10% Spirit res
+10% bullet res
Passive:
Healing or shielding yourself or an ally grants another ally withing 20m the same heal/shield with 40% effectivness. If there is no other ally near, grants this effect to your first target or if yourself if no ally is near.
(Kinda like moonstone renewer from league of legends)

T2
Passive:
Provides 10% Bullet resist and 10% Spirit resist to all nearby Units.

Upgrades to "Heroic Aura" or "Heroic March"

"Heroic March"
T3
Passive:
Provides 15% Spirit resist to nearby friendly units.
Active:
Provides 2,5 movespeed and 30% Spirit resist to nearby units
40m radius for both, 7 sec duration, 25 sec cd
 
T3 "Healing locket"
upgrade from restorative locket has no longer the active.
+10% Spirit res
+100 HP
Passive:
Dealing dmg to enemys gives stacks. the next time you heal or shield an ally consume these stacks and heal them for the amount of stacks consumed and give them dmg reduction.
Max stacks 4
Healing 80 + 1 boon scaling per stack. dmg reduction 8 per stack
Buff duration 4 sec

T3 "Regenerative locket"
Upgrade from restorative locket
+10% Spirit res
+ 100 HP
Active:
the same as restorative locket but the heal is now 40+ 0,5 boon scaling

These are good items. But it can be used not for supporting, since it increase effectiveness of self-healing/lifesteal and self-shielding too. It seems like the passive doesn't have a cooldown. Would I able to heal someone with my lifesteal?

I like the idea of aura items. Maybe there could be such an item in every category.
Heroic Words doesn't look good as component, because you lose something by upgrading. I think it can be buffed and be its own item in Vitality category. Heroic March would be in Spirit and increase Spirit Power instead of additional Spirit Resist. But for minions it won't give anything, since they don't have abilities.

How would work Healing Locket, if you healed/shielded multiple allies at the same time? Also it would be too easy to get those 4 stacks.

Regenerative Locket is decent, but a little boring.

No you would not be able to use it with lifesteal, only with healing and shielding abilities. even tho you could use it alone, most of the times you aren´t alone and therefor it will proc on a teammate. Since it works similar to an item that already exists in a moba I can predict that it will be used only by supporters, because the stats + the fact it doesn´t work with lifesteal aren´t beneficial enough for dps characters. tanks might use it aswell tho I believe they would still prefer tank items to become more tanky themself.

I liek this idea, but I already created in an earlier post an item that gives spirit dmg to teammates therefor these items are different and provide a more defensive stans.
I reworked "heroic Aura" in another post, therefor you wouldn´t lose any stats, and having components are always useful in mobas, because when you can buy an item will define how useful it is, items without componants are terrible and while they are still viable for now in deadlock this will change over time when people find out how to spike earlier and snowball, which happens in every moba. to prevent that I made a component for the heroic items

that is the point, it is ment for characters that have low cd on their heals/shields and are more often in a fight, in contrast to the other locket items that use the active after charging it for a longer time. But I wouldn´t mind it having higher stack count, it would change it´s purpose but so far we don´t have a character with low heal/shield cd.

"Regenerative Locket" is ment as an upgrade, it sucks as support when the game goes into lategame and you have a lot of tier 2-3 items that can´t be upgrade and make you weaker even tho you have souls to be stronger, then you have to either give up on supporting and go for dmg items or have bad stats because of the low tier most support items have. Therefor this item is ment to be a simple upgrade to an interesting item that has otherwise no use in lategame which is sad
 
after going over the items I realised what you ment with losing stats and it´s right, but you don´t lose stats, it´s just the aura changing to something else therefor I think it works.
Also I would put all these aura items into vitality
