New Spirit Penetration Items

I feel like there are no real spirit penetration items therefor I made some.
All 3 are in spirit tree and values can be changed since I don´t know what is balanced.
1600 cost: gives 5 spirit power and 10% spirit penetration
3200 cost: gives 10 spirit power and 25% spirit penetration
6400 cost: gives 100 hp, 10 spirit power and 50% spirit penetration

Items of Tier 3 and 4 would be enough for the game. Tier 2 variant doesn't give anything for its price. The amount of penetration should be less.

About spirit penetration, it's kinda complicated. It is not like resist reduction and unlike it, the penetration is not useful in all cases. The former lets you to go beyond zero value, thus multiply outgoing damage. The penetration can only ignore some percent of resist. Moreover, the usefulness of spirit penetration depends on enemy. More resist he has, more resist you will ignore. Also, your allies can reduce his resist making the item less needed.

Your items have a helpful feature — they don't require any preparation from you. But if it works continuously, then the amount of penetration shouldn't be big.

i´m open for number changes, I just believe there needs to be a better excess to spirit pen so you have a chance against someone who buys a lot of spirit res, bullet res is much worse because bullet dps mostly have higher dps since they don´t have down time while some spirit dps have only burst dmg making them already weak late in game but utterly useless if the enemy buys a lot of spirit res. I don´t think it would break a game in which spellbreaker exists
