Most Ultimates with a duration no longer start their cooldown until the whole effect is expired, extending the timer. For these duration abilities, Sinclair can use refresher to cast the ability a second time since it isn't forgotten until it expires.
Billy, Infernus, Viscous, Venator, Warden ultimates prevent usage of Sinclair's abilities except Assistant swapping.
