New hud bug, items in purchase queue appear in top left side of screen

As u can see u can even hower over that ghost icon to get item description. Rejoining lobby fixed it

I've had this bug, but unfortunately can't find the replay that it happened in. I was playing bebop on the current patch and it was with the enduring speed item. I think it occurred after trying to drag the item in the quickbuy list and quickly exiting the list while doing so.
