Theme: Cole is a master spy and manipulator, capable of stealing and amplifying the abilities of their enemies. With a toolkit designed for subterfuge and control, Cole adapts to any situation by using the strengths of others to their advantage.
Cole wields a silenced pistol.
Abilities:
System Shock (1): Cole fires a precision shot with their silenced pistol that directly disrupts the target’s abilities. On hit, the enemy's ability cooldowns are temporarily frozen, preventing them from recharging for a few seconds. For each ability affected by this, the enemy is slowed by 10% and takes spirit damage over time.
Disruption Field (2): Cole deploys a zone that creates a disruptive field around a targeted area. Enemies inside the field are slowed and their ability cooldown recharge rate is significantly reduced. Conversely, allies within the field gain increased cooldown recharge speed and movement speed. The effect of the field intensifies with the number of enemies or allies within the zone.
Passive - Deep Pockets: Cole's mastery of stolen technology enhances the effectiveness of their abilities. This passive grants increased cast range and spirit power and bullet damage for all of Cole's abilities, including any stolen abilities from Espionage (4).
Ultimate - Espionage (4): Cole targets an enemy champion and steals the last ability they used. The stolen ability scales with Cole’s spirit power or bullet damage, depending on its type.

- Upgrade 1: Increases the duration of the cooldown freeze and the slow effect.
- Upgrade 2: System Shock now also reveals hit enemie on the map for all allies for the duration of the effect.
- Upgrade 3: If the target is already under the effect of another debuff, System Shock deals bonus damage and applies a longer-lasting slow

- Upgrade 1: Expands the radius of the Disruption Field and increases the slow effect on enemies.
- Upgrade 2: Allies in the field also gain a shield that absorbs damage, scaling with their missing health.
- Upgrade 3: The duration of the Disruption Field is extended, and enemies inside the zone also take continuous spirit damage based on the number of enemies present.

- Upgrade 1: Reduces the cooldown of Espionage and increases the duration of the stolen ability.
- Upgrade 2: After using the stolen ability, Cole gains a shield that absorbs damage and grant movement speed, scales with spirit power.
- Upgrade 3: If Cole successfully steals an ability, the stolen ability is used as if it were fully upgraded by the enemy, even if the enemy hasn’t maxed it out. This means Cole benefits from the highest possible level of that ability, gaining access to its full power.
