New Hero: Bounty Hunter

Concept:
Hero will gain more soul point and more cash when the enemy eliminated which is target for bounty. he/she has a double barrel shotgun for primary and secondary for a pistol (revolver kind...). Hero will use butt of the gun for melee attacks. Hero has scars of his/her face and left arms, wears: tall black shoes, loose black linen-style trousers, a leather top, a scarf around her/his neck, and a cape that extends to her/his elbows.
Skills:
1 - Switcthes to hero's pistol. Pistol impact more damage to enemy heros.
  1. 5 seconds / CD 12 seconds
  2. 10 seconds / CD 11 seconds
  3. 12 seconds / CD 9 seconds
  4. 14 seconds / CD 8 seconds
2 - Sets a bounty target from ALIVE enemies. If target get killed by teammates the hunter cant get a prize and cooldown start.
  1. CD 40 seconds / Bonus 1.3x
  2. CD 38 seconds / Bonus 1.5x
  3. CD 36 seconds / Bonus 1.6x
  4. CD 33 seconds / Bonus 1.9x
3 - Trap. If enemy heros steps on it, they will stuck at their positions for a some time.
  1. 1 usable trap / stuck time 1.5 seconds
  2. 1 usable trap / stuck time 2 seconds
  3. 2 usable trap / stuck time 2 seconds
  4. 2 usable trap / stuck time 2.5 seconds
4 - Eye on eye. Infinite energy, faster recoils and reloads.
  1. 5 seconds / CD 20 seconds
  2. 6 seconds / CD 19 seconds
  3. 6.5 seconds / CD 18 seconds
  4. 7 seconds / CD 17.5 seconds

I have imagined this hero while i am playing the game, and it will be very beautiul hero i think. Skills and wearing clothes also consept may be changeable.
 
I made this example images with an ai. capes are too long it should be small. but I think these are some of the most suitable sample models for the concept.
