Network Issues using powerline adapter

Hello, I've been experiencing a network problem for a while limited to Deadlock. When I play any other game using my ethernet cord and powerline adapter connection I get stable ping and no spikes, but in Deadlock games my ping spikes and gets more frequent with more in game activity (late game = more ping spikes)

I've updated my network drivers and tried other hardware solutions but experience the same network problems in Deadlock. I really want to play without these ping spikes, so any help would be appreciated
