Necromancer Idea

I think a necromancer character would be really neat.
He could have a passive ability that automatically summons a certain number of 'Undead Candle Troopers' whenever an enemy trooper dies within a specific range.
As for his abilities, one could be an imprison spell that stuns the target for a set duration.
If any resurrected troopers are still alive, they would immediately focus their attacks on the stunned target.
Another ability could be a basic skillshot attack. For his ultimate, he could summon a permanent golem, for example.
His appearance could resemble a plague doctor to fit the style of Deadlock.

TL;DR
Ability 1: skillshot
Ability 2: passive minion spawn from hostile troopers
Ability 3: Stun + focus minions on stunned target
Ability 4: Golem Spawn
Appearance: Plague Doctor

Passive minion spawn would likely end up feeding enemy souls. It would probably be better if it was something like when you deny or secure a soul, you get a charge, and when you have enough charges you can summon a minion.
How do you imagine the skillshot working?
Just summoning another minion, the golem, doesn't seem very exciting, is there something special you could give to it? Maybe instead of summoning it, you control it remotely (like how grey talon controls his owl) leaving your physical body vulnerable, but putting you in control of basically a super powerful boss npc for a while. It would be difficult to fight, but if someone sneaks behind your team and finds your body, could get you. But your minions would be protecting you I suppose. This would also make the small minions and the golem feel very different, if you control one its very active, if you summon the others and leave them alone that's more passive. Makes each feel unique from each other.

the minion feeding souls is a good point though. The charge idea for summoning is a great idea.
Really just a basic skillshot like throwing a typical plague doctor stick or maybe some sort of elixir.
I do like the idea of controlling the golem actively, but the permanent minion by your side idea for a necromancer would fit well too imo. But maybe give him an active skill with a cooldown when you press the ult again
