There is a fundamental broken feature about mcginnis turrets and mystic slow. For one let me just state that the devs made mcginnis a ult/turret bot this patch and they are braindead for doing so.

Now that thats out of the way. The fact that mcginnis turrets can be spammed a billion times that shoots half way across the map with aimbot and plays the game for the player, i find it odd that turrets get to apply spirit based effects. Its ridiculous.

This game has become nothing but spam and things that play the game for people. this game is becoming a chore to fucking play.

Oh yeah lets spam 5 turrets in 3 seconds and deal 2k damage.

Literally turrets play the game for mcginnis and its bullshit. and needs to be fucking changed.

Hero Gameplay

Either way, turrets are countered through AOE spells or playing around areas away from established McGinnis death zones. If you're getting devastated by mystic slow, you can counter it with enduring speed like what you might do against a Kelvin.
