Me and multiple people have been experiencing harsh bans for leaving a single match due to things out of our control like crashes or bugs, and not for minutes or hours but for a full day.
This is an unacceptable way to treat players who actually play the game and do not leave repetitively.
It has ruined my mood and experience and is making me consider quitting the game just because of how stupid the ban system is, and with no appeals, there is no way to retract this.
So I'm bringing this issue up in hopes that an admin would notice this and FFS fix the ban system and make it more fair, if a person never leaves any matches for 20+ games and crashes from one, you are in no right to ban them for a full day, period.
