Mystic shot has a 4.6s passive to deal additional damage, which seems(?) to be displayed on the icon when it procs and recharges - there is a little animation. The animation does not really seem to last 4.6 seconds, and it does not start from the beginning of the icon.
Sharpshooter has a similar passive, where headshots are supposed to deal bonus damage with headshots every 3s. CD animation does not seem to appear (in the sandbox).
